The courses provided by ILLAFTrain of Trainers

ILLAFTrain of Trainers is a training company that provides professional training for English and Arabic speaking trainers, and offers this training in several forms:

• Short Courses (from two to five days) in several specializations (Training Designer, Trainer, Training Manager, Performance Consultant, and Speaker).
• Certification Programs: five programs for trainers’ certification (through the attendance of short courses, by adding the days):

1. Specialization Certificate: (Certified Training Designer, Certified Trainer, Certified Training Manager, Certified Performance Consultant, Certified Speaker) when the number of the attended short courses’ days reaches a total of ten days.
2. Certified Professional Trainer: when the number of the attended short courses’ days reaches a total of twenty days (when adding to the ten previous days another ten days).
3. Certified Master Trainer: when the number of the attended short courses’ days reaches a total of thirty-five days.
4. Certified Expert Trainer: when the number of the attended short courses’ days reaches a total of fifty days.
5. Certified Consulting Trainer: when the number of the attended short courses’ days reaches a total of seventy days.

• Intensive Certification Programs: five programs for trainers’ certification (through the attendance of one course):

1. Specialization Certificate: (Certified Training Designer, Certified Trainer, Certified Training Manager, Certified Performance Consultant, Certified Speaker) when attending one course of 6 days / eight hours.
2. Certified Professional Trainer: (when attending one course of 12 days / eight hours).
3. Certified Master Trainer: (when attending one course of 21 days / eight hours).
4. Certified Expert Trainer: (when attending one course of 30 days / eight hours).
5. Certified Consulting Trainer: (when attending one course of 42 days / eight hours).

* After visiting the course’s matrix, you can first choose the specialization that corresponds to you, having two options in front of you: the first is attending different courses of the same column (that includes the specialization’s courses), and the second is attending an intensive program in the required specialization (Certified Training Designer, Certified Trainer, Certified Training Manager, Certified Performance Consultant, Certified Speaker).
